Advanced Research Department: Support existing 5 research departments, in AI, Computational Oncology, Bioinformatics, Exercise Oncology, Immunology, & Radiotherapy.
Higher Education Initiative: Support graduate programs of AI, Bioinformatics, Exercise Oncology, Immunologic Oncology, & Radiotherapy at the University of Western Australia, Edith Cowan University, and Murdoch University.
Virtual Medical Community Collaboration Centre: Negotiate membership agreements with every university, hospital, research department and cancer body within the state.
Purpose Built Treatment Facility: Obtain facility scope of work from researchers and clinicians. Obtain costing estimate for proposal; Provide full cost/benefit analysis on facilities at 5 proposed locations and present to government for approval.
Strategic Treatment Specialisation: Established advanced centres of excellence at Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital, Royal Perth Hospital, and Fiona Stanley Hospital.
Standardised Ethics Approval: Obtain State Government approval and legislation of standardised ethics approval.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Establish quarterly engagement sessions for clinicians and researchers, quarterly newsletter updates, and video updates on projects.
Long Term Funding: Secure $20m AUD in recurring funding for research.
Corporate Partnership: Establish 10 partnership deals.
Standardised Medical Health Data Initiative: Legislate and implement proposal.
