Phase Two represents the actions within each initiative which we will aim to complete within the next 2-5 years’.

Advanced Research Department: Establish an additional 10 research departments in collaboration with stakeholders in stakeholder map. 

Higher Education Initiative: Establish an additional 10 graduate programs in collaboration with stakeholders in stakeholder map. 

Purpose Built Treatment Facility: Secure Government approval; Tender and award construction and supply proposal; Commence public funding campaign.  

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain engagement sessions; establish events calendar including charity ball & awareness month; secure annual conference in Perth. 

Long Term Funding: Secure additional funding for new departments. 

Corporate Partnership: Maintain and continue to establish new partnerships.
